Machine Components

Operation Process
Cartons are stacked on the support, where vacuum suction cups grip and pull them onto guide rails. As the chain moves forward, support rods fold carton surfaces while mechanical inserts press into place. Materials are automatically pushed into cartons during operation, with hot melt adhesive applied to both sides. The small sides are gradually folded down and pressed together, with adhesive solidifying to deliver finished cartons.
