BMZN600 Fully Automatic Diaper Packaging Machine For All Kinds Of Diapers.
- The equipment features a compact structure and can be configured with side feeding to meet diverse customer production needs.
- It boasts a unique knife-sealing component, offering a simple, stable, reliable, and easy-to-maintain design.
- The equipment includes an automatic bag feeding mechanism that accurately places packaging bags at the appropriate opening position. Hangers are installed on the chain.
- Suitable for European-style bags, the equipment features five bag magazines operating in a cyclical manner. When no bag is available at the opening position, the chain automatically switches to another feeder. An alarm function is activated when a bag magazine is empty.
- In case of equipment malfunction and shutdown, material conveying automatically stops, facilitating troubleshooting by staff. The equipment's mechanical mechanism has overload protection and will shut down automatically. If an overload occurs, after manual reset of the overload mechanism, the button reset should automatically restore the servo control system to its original phase (slow return to the origin).
- The bag sealing section uses a knife seal with instantaneous heating and cutting; the temperature can be adjusted to achieve heat sealing for different types of bags.
- Each cylinder's operation can be set to manual or automatic via the touchscreen.
- All moving parts must have safety markings.
- Control wiring must use multi-core × 1.5mm² or larger cables, and signal wiring must use seamless multi-core × 0.75mm² or larger shielded cables. The operating panel is located on the operating side, at the same plane as the safety door. The electrical control cabinet is fixed to the main unit, with reasonable wiring for easy maintenance.
