  • Manual material is fed to a conveyor, mechanically driven by a chain, with automatic inserts during operation, automatic feeding, and glue spraying and pressing to form.
  •  After the cartons are neatly stacked on the carton support, a cylinder with vacuum suction cups extends, gripping the bottom of the cartons and pulling them down onto the guide rail working surface.
  • As the chain moves forward, the support rods on the guide rail gradually fold the front small surface backward.
  • The chain rotates and mechanically presses the inserts into place.
  • The carton is conveyed horizontally from the exit of the vertical packaging machine to the cartoning machine conveyor.
  • While in motion, the material is automatically pushed into the carton. During operation, hot melt adhesive is sprayed on both sides of the carton.
  • As the carton is in operation, the small sides are gradually folded down and pressed together.
  • The hot melt adhesive solidifies, and the finished carton is delivered.
